Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing a product, booking a service or entering into an agreement with Inner Trinity.
By completing a purchase, accepting an offer for Private Mentoring or otherwise entering into an agreement with us, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or participate in Private Mentoring.
By making a purchase, booking or entering into an agreement with us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into that agreement.
We may decline or cancel a booking where we reasonably believe that these eligibility requirements have not been met.
3. Nature of Inner Trinity and Health & Wellness Disclaimer
Inner Trinity is an educational, wellbeing and personal development framework centred around Body, Mind and Soul.
Our website, the Inner Trinity Collection, digital materials, Private Mentoring, sessions, communications and any other content provided through Inner Trinity are intended for general educational, informational and personal development purposes.
Content may include information and discussion relating to wellbeing, nutrition, diet, food, supplements, vitamins and minerals, fasting, movement, exercise, sleep, lifestyle, habits, energy, emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, relationships, resilience, longevity, personal values, identity, direction and purpose.
Nothing provided through Inner Trinity is intended to constitute medical, nutritional, dietetic, psychological, psychiatric or other regulated healthcare advice, diagnosis, treatment or prescription.
Inner Trinity does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical or psychological conditions.
Private Mentoring is a mentoring and personal development service. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, psychological treatment, dietetic treatment or any other regulated healthcare service.
Nothing provided through Inner Trinity should be treated as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, treatment or care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional or other regulated professional.
Any information or discussion relating to nutrition, diet, food, supplements, vitamins, minerals, fasting, exercise, movement, sleep or other lifestyle and wellbeing practices is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Such information should not be interpreted as an individual prescription, diagnosis, treatment plan or instruction to begin, discontinue or materially alter medication, supplementation, medical treatment, psychological treatment or other professional care.
Participation in Private Mentoring, use of the Inner Trinity Collection or access to any Inner Trinity content does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, dietitian-client or other regulated healthcare professional relationship.
Information concerning mental and emotional wellbeing, including discussions relating to emotional patterns, self-awareness, relationships, resilience, mindset, identity, personal values, direction or purpose, is provided within the context of education, mentoring and personal development and does not constitute psychological or psychiatric assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
For further information, please read our Health & Wellness Disclaimer.
4. Your Health, Wellbeing and Personal Responsibility
You remain responsible for your own health, wellbeing, decisions and actions.
Individual circumstances, health needs and responses to nutrition, supplementation, fasting, exercise, lifestyle practices and other wellbeing approaches can differ. Information or practices that may be appropriate or beneficial for one person may not be appropriate for another.
You should consider your individual circumstances and seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes relating to your physical or mental health, medication, medical treatment, nutrition, supplementation, fasting, exercise or any other matter requiring professional assessment.
You should not begin, discontinue or materially alter prescribed medication, medical treatment, psychological treatment or other professional care solely because of information obtained through the Inner Trinity website, the Inner Trinity Collection, Private Mentoring, sessions, messages or related communications.
Any decision to apply information, ideas, suggestions or practices discussed through Inner Trinity remains voluntary and is ultimately your own.
Where appropriate, you are responsible for determining whether a particular practice or lifestyle choice is suitable for your individual circumstances and for obtaining appropriate professional guidance before proceeding.
Certain dietary changes, fasting practices, exercise, supplementation and other lifestyle or wellbeing practices may involve risks and may not be suitable for everyone. You should exercise reasonable judgement and obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Private Mentoring is collaborative. Any observations, questions, reflections, educational information, exercises or suggestions provided during mentoring are intended to support your own reflection and decision-making and should not be understood as instructions requiring you to take a particular course of action.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement anything explored through Inner Trinity and for the choices you make in relation to your health, wellbeing, lifestyle and personal circumstances.
If you experience symptoms or circumstances that require medical, psychological or other regulated professional assessment, you should seek appropriate professional assistance.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, you should contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare service. Inner Trinity and Private Mentoring are not emergency or crisis services.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Personal development, health and wellbeing outcomes vary between individuals.
Your experience and results may depend on many factors outside our control, including your individual circumstances, health, lifestyle, participation, decisions, consistency and the way in which you choose to apply information or ideas explored through Inner Trinity.
We therefore do not promise, represent or guarantee any particular physical, mental, emotional, health, wellbeing, professional, financial, relationship, lifestyle or personal-development outcome from accessing the Inner Trinity website, purchasing or using the Inner Trinity Collection or individual digital products, participating in Private Mentoring or applying information provided through Inner Trinity.
Any examples, testimonials, personal experiences, observations, case examples or descriptions of possible or potential benefits are provided for informational or illustrative purposes only.
They should not be interpreted as a representation, promise or guarantee that you will experience the same or similar results.
The experience or outcome of one individual does not establish or guarantee the experience or outcome of another.
Nothing in this section prevents you from relying on any description, information, representation or other matter that applicable consumer law treats as contractually binding.
Nothing in Sections 3, 4 or 5 excludes, restricts or limits any statutory consumer right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
6. The Inner Trinity Collection and Digital Products
The Inner Trinity Collection and the individual Body, Mind and Soul volumes are supplied as digital products in PDF format, unless expressly stated otherwise before purchase.
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased material for your own private use.
Purchasing digital content does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights contained in that content.
You must not, without our prior written permission:
* reproduce or redistribute the books or substantial portions of them;
* share purchased files with another person;
* upload purchased materials to file-sharing platforms, membership sites, databases or public repositories;
* sell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the materials;
* translate, adapt or create derivative commercial products from the materials;
* remove copyright, authorship or branding notices;
* use the materials to train, develop or populate an artificial-intelligence system, dataset or competing product; or
* present the Inner Trinity Method, its frameworks or materials as your own work.
Nothing in this section prevents reasonable quotation, review, criticism, commentary or any other use permitted by applicable law.
7. Digital Content and Cancellation Rights
Digital products may be supplied for immediate access following purchase.
Where you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge, before supply begins, that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once supply begins, that right will end when supply of the digital content begins, in accordance with applicable law.
Where any consent or acknowledgement required by law has not been obtained, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Where required by law, confirmation of your consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement of the loss of the statutory right to cancel will also be included in the confirmation of your purchase or contract sent to you by email.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is not of satisfactory quality, is not fit for a purpose made known to us, is not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
8. Digital Delivery, Format and Compatibility
The Inner Trinity digital books are supplied as standard PDF files.
You will need a device or application capable of opening PDF documents and an internet connection where required to download the material.
We will take reasonable steps to make purchased digital content available as described.
If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing purchased material, please contact us at contact@byelizlopez.com so that we can investigate and, where reasonably possible, restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.
We are not responsible for problems caused solely by your device, internet connection, incompatible third-party software or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Formation of a Digital Product Contract
When you place an order for a digital product, you are offering to purchase that product on these Terms.
A binding contract for a digital product is formed when we accept your order and provide confirmation of the purchase.
If we are unable to accept or fulfil an order, any payment already received for that order will be refunded as appropriate.
10. Private Mentoring
Private Mentoring is an individual personal-development and wellbeing experience based on the Inner Trinity Method.
Unless otherwise agreed with you in writing before the programme begins, the initial programme takes place over approximately three months and includes 12 private sessions.
The programme normally consists of:
* 11 private sessions lasting approximately 60 minutes each;
* a 12th and final Final Integration Session lasting approximately 90 minutes;
* normally one session per week;
* a Personal Direction Map following the initial session; and
* private messaging support between sessions for relevant matters.
The Final Integration Session is the twelfth and final session of the programme and lasts approximately 90 minutes, allowing additional time for reflection, integration, recognising progress and considering appropriate next steps.
Any specific arrangements communicated and agreed with you in writing before you commit to Private Mentoring form part of your agreement with us.
11. Format of Mentoring Sessions
Private Mentoring sessions may take place by video call or in person as agreed.
In-person sessions are available only in London unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
An individual session may be changed from in-person to video call, or vice versa, by mutual agreement where circumstances reasonably require it.
For video sessions, you are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, device and reasonably private environment.
12. Discovery Calls
A Discovery Call is an introductory conversation normally lasting approximately 30 minutes.
Its purpose is to understand what you are looking for, answer initial questions and consider whether Private Mentoring appears appropriate for both parties.
A Discovery Call does not guarantee acceptance into Private Mentoring and does not itself create an ongoing mentoring relationship.
We may decline a Private Mentoring application where we reasonably believe that the service is not appropriate for your needs, falls outside our scope, creates a conflict of interest or cannot be provided safely or effectively.
13. Private Mentoring Fees and Pre-Contract Information
Following a Discovery Call, where we mutually wish to proceed, we will communicate the relevant Private Mentoring offer to you in writing before you enter into an agreement or make any payment.
The written offer will include the total programme fee, including any applicable taxes, together with the applicable payment arrangements and key programme details.
It may also include the proposed commencement date, session arrangements, payment schedule and any other terms specific to your programme.
You will have an opportunity to review this information before deciding whether to proceed.
14. Formation of the Private Mentoring Agreement
A binding Private Mentoring agreement is formed when you accept our written offer and we confirm your place in writing.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the date on which we send that confirmation will be treated as the date on which the Private Mentoring agreement is entered into.
These Terms, together with the written offer and any specific arrangements expressly agreed between us, form part of your Private Mentoring agreement.
15. Collaborative Nature of Mentoring
Private Mentoring is a collaborative process and requires your active participation.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement ideas explored during sessions.
Any observations, questions, exercises, reflections or suggestions provided through mentoring are intended to support your own reflection and decision-making. They are not instructions requiring you to take a particular course of action.
You retain responsibility for your choices and their consequences.
16. Professional Boundaries and Between-Session Support
Private Mentoring is not an emergency or crisis service.
Between-session messaging is available for relevant questions, reflections and situations connected with the mentoring process.
Messages may be sent as needed, but support is provided during our working hours, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00 UK time, excluding public holidays.
Responses are provided within those working hours according to availability and are not guaranteed to be immediate.
Between-session messaging is not intended to provide continuous, urgent or 24-hour communication.
If a matter falls outside the reasonable scope of Private Mentoring, we may recommend that you seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.
17. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable steps to keep information shared during Private Mentoring private and confidential.
Information shared with us will not ordinarily be disclosed to other people.
Confidentiality is, however, subject to applicable law and to limited circumstances where disclosure may be necessary.
Information may be disclosed where:
* disclosure is required by law, court order or another lawful authority;
* disclosure is reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or protect our legal rights;
* confidential disclosure is reasonably necessary to obtain legal, professional or regulatory advice; or
* there is a serious and credible concern that your life or safety, or the life or safety of another person, may be at risk and disclosure is reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.
Any disclosure will be limited, where reasonably possible, to what is necessary in the circumstances.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
18. Session Recording
Private Mentoring sessions must not be audio or video recorded, transcribed or otherwise captured by either party without the prior agreement of both parties, except where permitted or required by law.
Any authorised recording remains subject to applicable confidentiality, privacy and intellectual-property protections.
19. Prices and Payment for Digital Products
Prices for digital products are displayed before purchase.
You agree to pay the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
Any applicable taxes or mandatory charges will be disclosed as required before you become contractually bound.
Payment is processed using the payment methods made available through the website.
20. Payment Plans for Private Mentoring
Where a payment plan is offered for Private Mentoring, the total programme fee and payment schedule will be communicated before you agree to proceed.
A payment plan divides an agreed programme fee into instalments. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, it does not convert the Private Mentoring programme into a separate month-to-month subscription.
Payments that are properly due remain payable subject to your statutory rights, these Terms and applicable law.
Any amount remaining payable following cancellation or early termination will be determined in accordance with Section 26, your statutory rights and applicable law.
21. Failed or Outstanding Payments
If a payment that is properly due fails or remains outstanding, we may contact you and provide a reasonable opportunity for the issue to be corrected.
Where payment remains outstanding after reasonable notice, we may suspend future services until the account is brought up to date where it is fair and lawful to do so.
We will not impose disproportionate penalties for late or failed payments.
22. Statutory Cooling-Off Rights for Services
Where a statutory right to cancel applies to a distance contract for Private Mentoring or another service, the cancellation period generally ends 14 days after the day on which the contract is entered into.
This does not mean that you must wait 14 days before Private Mentoring can begin.
If you wish to begin Private Mentoring before the end of an applicable 14-day cancellation period, you may expressly request that the service begins during that period.
If you make that request and later exercise a statutory right to cancel before the service has been fully performed, you may be required, where permitted by law, to pay a proportionate amount for the services actually provided before cancellation.
Where the service is fully performed during the cancellation period, the statutory right to cancel will end only where the requirements of applicable law for the loss of that right have been satisfied, including any required express request and acknowledgement.
Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any statutory cancellation right available to you.
23. Exercising a Statutory Cancellation Right
Where you have a statutory right to cancel, you may exercise it by sending us a clear statement communicating your decision to cancel.
You may contact us at:
Email: contact@byelizlopez.com
Business correspondence address:
68 Cornhill London
EC3V 3QX
United Kingdom
Any statutory refund will be provided within the time and in the manner required by applicable law.
Where applicable, our Model Cancellation Form is also available to you.
You are not required to use the Model Cancellation Form and may instead send any other clear statement communicating your decision to cancel.
24. Rescheduling Individual Mentoring Sessions
If you need to reschedule a Private Mentoring session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative time, subject to availability.
We understand that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances can arise and will consider such circumstances reasonably.
Where a session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where you do not attend a scheduled session, the session may be treated as used where doing so is fair and reasonable in the circumstances.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may affect the continuity and effectiveness of the mentoring programme.
25. If We Need to Reschedule
If we need to move a scheduled session, we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer a reasonable alternative time.
A session cancelled by us will not be treated as used.
If we are unable to provide a material part of the service and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, you will be entitled to an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
26. Ending Private Mentoring
Either party may raise concerns about continuing the mentoring relationship where continuation no longer appears appropriate or constructive.
We may suspend or end Private Mentoring where there are reasonable grounds, including:
* serious or repeated breach of these Terms;
* threatening, abusive, discriminatory or seriously inappropriate behaviour;
* persistent misuse of messaging or professional boundaries;
* non-payment of amounts properly due after a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue;
* circumstances creating a genuine safety concern;
* a conflict of interest;
* the service becoming inappropriate for your needs or falling outside our scope; or
* circumstances outside our reasonable control that make continuation impracticable.
Where we end the programme and you are not at fault, amounts relating to services that will not be provided will be dealt with fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
Where you choose to end the programme after any applicable statutory cancellation period has expired, any refund or remaining payment obligation will depend on the circumstances, services already provided, commitments reasonably made and losses reasonably incurred.
We will not retain payments or impose charges that are disproportionate to the services already provided, commitments reasonably made or losses reasonably incurred.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
27. Programme Extension
Any continuation beyond the initial mentoring period is optional and requires mutual agreement.
An extension constitutes a new or extended agreement based on the price, duration and arrangements communicated to you before you commit to it.
There is no automatic renewal unless this is expressly communicated and agreed in advance.
28. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Inner Trinity website, Inner Trinity Method, Inner Trinity Collection, written materials, exercises, frameworks, graphics, branding, photographs, videos, downloads and other original content are owned by Elizangela Lopes, trading as Inner Trinity, or are used by us under appropriate licence.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you by accessing the website, purchasing a product or participating in Private Mentoring.
Materials provided as part of Private Mentoring are for your personal use unless we give written permission for another use.
The restrictions relating to digital products set out in Section 6 also apply where relevant.
29. Website Content
We take reasonable care in preparing website content.
However, general informational content may evolve over time and may not address every individual circumstance.
You should not rely on general website information as a substitute for personalised professional advice where such advice is appropriate.
We may make reasonable corrections, updates or improvements to the website and its general content.
Changes to general website content will not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights relating to an existing purchase or agreement.
30. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website and services may use or link to third-party providers, including providers of website hosting, payment processing, scheduling, email, video conferencing and external websites.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the independent content, availability, security, acts or policies of third parties where those matters are outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility where applicable law makes us responsible for a third party acting on our behalf.
31. Acceptable Use of the Website
You must not knowingly:
* use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
* attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts or systems;
* introduce malware, harmful code or malicious material;
* interfere with the operation, availability or security of the website;
* scrape, systematically reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission;
* impersonate another person;
* infringe our intellectual-property rights or the rights of another person; or
* use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
We may take reasonable and proportionate steps to protect the website, our users and our legal rights where misuse occurs.
32. Liability and Statutory Rights
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable law.
Digital content will be supplied in accordance with the statutory standards applicable to digital content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
* death or personal injury caused by negligence;
* fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
* any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We do not seek to exclude responsibility where a product or service fails to meet standards required by applicable law.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from:
* decisions you independently make following information or discussions provided through Inner Trinity;
* your failure to seek appropriate medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice where reasonably required;
* inaccurate or materially incomplete information supplied by you;
* circumstances outside our reasonable control; or
* use of our products or materials in a way that was not reasonably intended or described.
Where you purchase a product or service wholly or mainly for personal purposes, we do not accept responsibility for business losses that were not reasonably contemplated as part of the consumer transaction.
33. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, including serious illness, widespread technology or communications failures, natural disasters, government restrictions or similar events.
Where such circumstances materially affect a service, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with you and minimise disruption.
Where performance becomes impossible or is materially delayed, your rights to an appropriate refund, alternative arrangement or other remedy remain subject to applicable law.
34. Electronic Communications
We may provide contractual information, confirmations, notices and other communications to you by email.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for informing us if your email address changes during an ongoing Private Mentoring programme or other continuing contractual relationship.
You should also take reasonable steps to ensure that communications from us are not unnecessarily blocked or directed to spam or junk folders.
35. Complaints
If you have a concern about a product or service, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to investigate and respond.
Email: contact@byelizlopez.com
We aim to address concerns reasonably, fairly and in good faith.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising your statutory rights or using any dispute-resolution or court process available to you.
36. Privacy and Personal Data
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Please read our Privacy Policy before submitting personal information through the website or participating in Private Mentoring.
37. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements.
The version applicable to a particular purchase, booking or agreement will generally be the version in effect when that agreement was entered into, unless a later change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.
Changes will not retrospectively remove or reduce rights relating to an existing purchase or agreement.
The current version will be published on this website with its latest revision date.
38. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
39. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
A waiver on one occasion does not automatically constitute a waiver on another occasion.
40. Entire Agreement and Pre-Contract Information
These Terms, together with any information specifically communicated to you before purchase or booking, any written Private Mentoring offer and any policies expressly incorporated into your agreement, form the contractual basis of your purchase or engagement with Inner Trinity.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Nothing in this section excludes any statement, description, information or other matter that applicable consumer law treats as contractually binding or prevents you from relying on any statutory right.
41. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from bringing proceedings in a court where applicable consumer law gives them the right to do so.
